The cost proposal was very reasonable and the work is scheduled very quickly. David and helper came to replace my old ductwork. They worked over 14 hours in the hot attic to get the job done in one day. They were very professional and polite despite the heat and mess. Scheduling was easy and fast. When I booked the appointment I told them my unit was on the roof and they would need a tall ladder and they forgot so I had to reschedule for a few days later, so you may need to call in advanced to remind them the day of if you need anything special equipment for your job. Jeremiah is knowledgeable, professional, has great interpersonal communication skills.  He recommended a chemical treatment to our drain and uv lighting to prevent mold build up.  We agreed.  Pleased to learn that our vents were in good shape and needed no cleaning.  The inspection was covered under our warranty/membership.  We highly recommend this company, and especially your well trained and skilled technician, Jeremiah.
